Our facilities are accessible

We have designed our facilities with comfort and safety in mind, and both clinics are equipped to provide accessibility.
Mobility rails have been placed in the clinic corridors and space has been provided in the units for wheelchair storage during treatment.

The clinics are equipped with electrically operated doors and ramps have been installed at the entrances to both clinics to facilitate access.

Our facilities are comfortable

We have designed our facilities with comfort and safety in mind to make your visit as comfortable as possible. 

The dialysis units are equipped with dialysis chairs and beds. We have taken acoustics into account in the design and you can also use the tablet computers available in our units during your treatment. You can listen to the radio or watch films during your treatment. You can also use your own computer with us if you wish, the units are equipped with a guest network.

When you are visiting our dialysis clinic, your safety is important to us and we aim to minimize potential risks. Here are some guidelines to assist you in reducing risks to your own health and safety and that of our staff. Slips, trips and falls are most common hazards so please observe the following:

Behaviour

Renalis has a statutory obligation to provide a safe and secure environment for its staff and others as well as a duty to take all reasonable steps to protect and support its staff. Any form of violence, abusive, racist or sexist behaviour against its staff, patients or visitors will not be tolerated.
